This notice explains how Qreates Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on qreates.com. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage is another way to save information in your browser. Read our Privacy Notice for more about how we use personal information.

STRICTLY NECESSARY: SIGN-IN, SECURITY, AND PAYMENTS

  • Clerk. Our sign-in provider uses cookies to keep you signed in and check your session as you move between pages.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. Clerk can use Turnstile during sign-up to check that a visitor is human and help prevent automated abuse. This is a security check, not advertising tracking.
  • Stripe. We use Stripe for checkout and payments, including Stripe's browser script. Stripe uses cookies and similar technologies to make payments work securely and help detect and prevent fraud.

ANALYTICS AND SESSION RECORDINGS

We use PostHog to understand visits and product use, fix bugs, and improve Qreates. PostHog uses both cookies and local storage to recognise a browser and connect activity across visits.

We also use PostHog session recordings on our public home page while you are signed out, and on agent toolkit pages while you are signed in. On the home page, only approved text and images from our own public page can appear in recordings; other text and image sources are masked, anything you type is masked, and videos are hidden. Home-page recording stops when you are signed in. On the toolkit pages, page text is visible, anything you type is masked, and images and videos are hidden. We do not record the pages your clients use to view shared work. See the session recordings section of our Privacy Notice.

ADVERTISING: NONE TODAY

We do not currently use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or Meta advertising pixels on qreates.com. If we start, we will update this notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.

HOW TO CONTROL COOKIES

Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies and clear stored site data, including local storage. Check your browser's help pages for instructions. Blocking necessary cookies may stop sign-in, security checks, or payments from working. Deleting cookies alone may leave information in local storage, so use the option to clear site data if you want to remove both.
