support@qreates.comTell us what you were trying to do and what happened. If it is about a particular image or video, mention the project it is in. Please do not send passwords or card numbers.
Using Qreates from ChatGPT or Claude
If you use Qreates through ChatGPT, Claude or another AI app, you can ask it to send us a support request. It goes to our support team with your Qreates account attached, and your AI only sends it when you ask.

Signed in to Qreates
Use the Support button in the bottom-right corner of the app to reach us from where you are working.
Questions about a charge
Email support@qreates.com with the email address on your Qreates account and the date of the charge, and we will check it for you. To see or cancel your plan yourself, open Settings and choose Subscription & Billing.
Privacy and your data
For privacy questions, or to ask for your data to be deleted, email privacy@qreates.com. The details are in these pages:
